At Kids Lounge, customers who have purchased their ride-on vehicles from our store will always receive priority service. Vehicles purchased from Kids Lounge are also eligible for special discounted service rates. Ride-on vehicles purchased from other stores are welcome for service; however, standard service charges will apply. A standard service charge of ₹300 is applicable for out-of-warranty vehicles and for vehicles purchased from other stores. Any replacement spare parts will be charged only at their actual cost, and no hidden or additional labour charges will be applied. Customers who bring their vehicle to our service center will only be charged the applicable service charge and the cost of replacement parts, if required. Home or doorstep service is available upon request and will incur an additional home visit charge. Customers enrolled in our 1-Year or 5-Year Service Plans will receive service in accordance with the terms and coverage of their respective plans. All repairs are subject to the availability of spare parts, and Kids Lounge reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
