1. No Returns / No Exchanges
We follow a Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy. Once an item is purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged for any reason (such as change of mind, size issues, or color preferences). All sales are final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, we will evaluate the issue only if you provide a proper, unedited unboxing video.
Mandatory Requirements for Damage Claims:
Continuous Unboxing Video: You must record a video starting before you open the parcel. The video must show the shipping label clearly and cover the entire process of opening the package.
No Cuts, No Edits: The video must be a single, continuous shot. Any video that has cuts, edits, filtering, or has been paused will be automatically rejected.
Clear Product Inspection: The video must clearly show the damage or defect on the item in the same continuous recording.
Important Note: If you fail to provide a proper, continuous, and unedited unboxing video, your claim will not be processed, and no return or replacement will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. How to Report a Claim
If you receive a damaged product and meet all the video requirements listed above, please contact us immediately upon receiving the package:

Once we review and verify your video, our team will get back to you with the next steps.
